- Ship the Item Back: Once you have the return instructions and RA number, ship the item back to us at the address provided. We recommend using a tracked shipping method to ensure the package reaches us safely.
3. Return Shipping Costs
- Return Shipping Fees: Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the item is defective or incorrect.
- Original Shipping Fees: Original shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases of defective or incorrect items.
4. Refunds and Exchanges
- Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.

6. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns on earrings if the seal has been broken. Additionally, we do not accept returns on personalized or custom-made jewelry.
7. International Returns
For international returns, customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees associated with returning an item. Please ensure the item is marked as a return when shipping.
